Hello, my name is Courtney Mize, and I am the owner of Mize Pool Inspection.

With over 10 years of hands-on experience in pool industry- from routine cleaning to pool maintenance to management - I bring real world of knowledge that sets my inspections apart.

As a Certified Pool Inspector (CPI) through the Pool & Hot Tub Alliance and a Certified Pool & Spa Operator (CPO), I perform inspections to nationally recognized standards for pool operation, water quality, equipment functionality, and safety protocols.

Over the years I've seen firsthand how overlooked issues in pools can lead to costly repairs, safety risks, and inefficient operation.

I recognized a gap in the industry: many pool professionals focus solely on service or construction, but truly independent inspections by someone with real-world pool expertise are often missing- especially during real estate transactions.
