Hello, my name is Courtney Mize, and I am the owner of Mize Pool Inspection.

With over 10 years of hands-on experience in pool industry - from routine cleaning to pool maintenance to management - I bring real world knowledge that goes beyond a basic visual inspection.

As a Certified Pool Inspector (CPI) through the Pool & Hot Tub Alliance and a Certified Pool & Spa Operator (CPO), I perform inspections using nationally recognized standards for pool operation, equipment, and overall condition.

Over the years I've seen how small, often overlooked issues can impact a pool's performance and long-term reliability.

I recognized a gap in the industry: many pool professionals focus solely on service or construction, but truly independent inspections by someone with real-world pool expertise are often missing, especially during real estate transactions.
